Fadi Sibai established D&A in Beirut in 1997, before opening the flagship office in Oman in 2006. His creative vision, collaborative approach and multicultural awareness have contributed to the firm's success in the region. Fadi provides strong leadership to a loyal and dedicated team that delivers timely and creative architectural design solutions. He works closely with his clients from start to finish and encourages the D&A team to push the boundaries and to provide the best architecture and interior design solutions. Fadi is committed to delivering environmentally sustainable, efficient and safe environments that provide meaning and value to the community.

Fadi has a Master's Degree in Architecture from the Academie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts (ALBA) in Lebanon.
