“Adarafit”, “Flech” and “Seediment”, the winning projects of the 7th Edition of the Roca One Day Design Challenge in Spain, will be exhibited at the “Dulce Agua” exhibition, which will be hosted at the CentroCentro space in Madrid.

The design, which is one step ahead of the current market for children’s lighting and is appealing for young and old alike, was awarded the ADI Bronze Medal 2020, presented by the Industrial Design Association (ADI-FAD), based in Barcelona.

The Spanish Society of Academic Excellence (SEDEA) has designated Alma Laut, winner of the second prize at the eighth edition of the Roca One Day Design Challenge in Madrid, as the second best design student in Spain in 2020.

The winner of the 1st edition of the Roca One Day Design Challenge in Poland (2018) has designed a metal “mask” that protects our image from facial recognition algorithms used by modern cameras installed in public spaces.

Sometimes, the simplest things tend to be the most practical and versatile. NUA, an ensemble made of a compact basin, a faucet and a mirror, aims to delve into minimalism by adapting one design to different bathroom styles and locations. It is a project by Anna Rudnicka, Anna Wozniakowska and Paweł Lasota, inspired by the test they faced at the Roca One Day Design Challenge, where they won the third prize of the 2018 Polish edition with Liky.
