Ar Amerpal Singh Khosa, Principal of Arkitek Khosa (established in 2016) has a diverse experience in the construction industry in Singapore and Malaysia. He completed his Architecture Diploma in Singapore Polytechnic and later completed his part-time degree program and graduated from the University of Technology Malaysia in 2002. Thereafter, managed projects ranging from high-rise apartments, sports complexes, factories and showrooms.

Arkitek Khosa has successfully completed various projects including car showrooms & high-rise residential projects. The firm works closely with developers to form different approaches in product creation. Ar Amerpal speaks passionately about the unique and currently under construction 250 rooms Curio Hilton project in Langkawi.

He is also intermittently involved as a part-time lecturer for the Master of Architecture program by UTM SPACE. A true believer in his profession, he had no inhibition when 2 of his children pursued the architecture profession.
